ABOUT THE MOMENTUM KOLLECTIVE
We Built The Momentum Kollective because we believe the design of the work matters.
We've spent enough years inside organizations to see how much care goes into the work, and how often the processes around it haven't kept up. We started this practice to bring the same kind of design thinking to the people side of organizations that good teams already bring to their products.
Our Mission
We believe the way a company treats its people is not a culture question. It is a design question. Momentum Kollective partners with organizations to build the people processes, systems, and structures that allow every employee, at every stage of their journey, to feel that they work somewhere that actually thought about them.
Our Vision
To make the experience of working somewhere feel as carefully designed as the product or service that organizations delivers to its customers.
MEET THE TEAM
Two Practitioners. One Practice

Aarohi Brar
Aarohi Brar is a process and experience design specialist focused on why employee processes fail in execution—not design. With a background in global HR transformation and governance, she works on how organizations can reduce friction, improve onboarding, and close the gap between intended and actual employee experience. At The Momentum Kollective, she leads work on the lifecycle stagegs where most companies leave value on the table: the handoffs, the in-between moments, and the parts of the experience that were never designed in the first place.

Rebecca Daboin
Rebecca Daboin is a process and experience design professional focused on where work, systems, and decisions create friction, and how to redesign them through automation, AI agent enablement, and intentionally preserved high-touch moments. With 13+ years of HR experience, she has led enterprise-scale transformations across process architecture, knowledge and content management, and AI-enabled service delivery, helping organizations rethink how work is structured rather than layering on more tools or policies.
Most of what we write about lives in the language of People Operations.
Some of those words have specific meaning. Some have meant different things to different teams for so long that they have stopped meaning much at all. We've put a working glossary on the Resource Hub. The terms we use most often, defined twice (once from the designer's lens, once in plain English), with the lifecycle mapped out in full.
